How to i create code for messenger

I've assigned by my client to build a websiite with a messenger component. I kno how to build the website but not the messenger compoinent

There are many articles available by doing a simple Google search.

In my opinion, the best way is to use push notifications within a PWA (Progessive Web App). To get you started, have a look at https://www.codemag.com/Article/1901031/Implementing-Push-Notifications-in-Progressive-Web-Apps-PWAs... or do your own search.
