Insert fields inactive

I built an Insert Form using the DMXZone Extension Bootstrap 4 Form Generator extension. After saving the form, I viewed it  in IE and Netscape both browsers have the same problem. The interactive data fields cannot be selected.  Can anyone help to solve this issue? I have attached a couple of screens.

Bootstrap 4 will work in all current browsers.

NETSCAPE?  You can't be serious.  Netscape ended in 2008.
