So I have an Adobe Portfolio website although there is a website creator with it there is a lot more capability when using Dreamweaver CC, although I have not seen a way to use the website you make in Adobe Dreamweaver CC as your portfolio website so I'm wondering if it is even possible.

No.  Adobe Portfolio cannot import webisites created in outside environments.  And there is no way to add custom HTML, CSS or JavaScript to your Portfolio site.

I use Portfolio but not as as my main website.  For me, PF is a compliment to my main site along with my blog and social media channels.  And it ties in seamlessly with Behance.

The site you build with Dreamweaver, will need to find a home on commercial web hosting.
