just thought everyone would like to know that the level 2 specs for css grid layouts has been published -

Just for info, Chrome and Firefox will probably have an implementation behind a flag soon, as they both removed all sub-grid support when it was in danger of being dropped from the specs. Firefoxes implementation was not as good as Chromes, but I have not had time to compare the old sub-grid spec with the new yet, so I don't know if there are any significant changes.
