Hello

I downloaded, installed, and tried to run DW CC 2018 for Mac. It won't run. I get the spinning beach ball like it's loading, but then it just quits. No error messages or codes, it just stops.

Last year, CC 2017 did the same thing and I had to revert back to a version of CS6. Now, with High Sierra, running CS6 is not an option I want to return to again.

Can you try the following steps and let us know if it helped?

- Verify if your computer meets system reqs: Dreamweaver system requirements

- Restore preferences: Unusual behavior in Dreamweaver? Try restoring preferences.

- Try creating a new user account and logging in from that account.

- Do a clean install. Uninstall DW using Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and reinstall the software.

Let me know if you still need help.

Thanks,
