What is the best Adobe software to create mailshots for a front-end designer who doesn't have much coding experience?

A front-end designer would be best off going to Marketing Automation - Sell More Stuff | MailChimp

To show you what is involved:

• The page and its modules need to be secured so that no other can access it
• The scripts need to be secured to prevent injection
• The emails need to be designed to bypass spam filters
• A tracking system to ensure that the emails are being opened and links clicked
