Windows 10/34 - latest update

On the index page of this site, https://jeffersoncircuitcourt6.org/
I have inserted this copy in a div under the Facebook icon:

Covid-19 Information
Sixth Division Circuit Court
Eleventh Judicial District-West
Juvenile Division

Sixth Division Juvenile Court is aware of the global pandemic and we are taking cautionary steps help slow the spread of COVID-19 and also to ensure the safety of our staff, the juveniles, and the community. In addition, we are making adjustments to help meet the needs and circumstances of the community as the court is opening back up.

Upon entering our building, you are required to wear a mask and have your temperature taken. Please remember to keep your mask on the entire time you are in our facility. If you are feeling sick or ill, we encourage you to stay home.

To limit as much immediate contact as possible, here is a list of documents you can now print download and print online:

Authorization to Release Documents Request Form
Child Compliant Form
Electric Monitor Pass
FINS Notice to Petitioner
FINS Petition
FINS Backsground

Please stay safe during this time as we all try to get through this pandemic together. Practice social distancing, washing your hands for 20 seconds and wearing a mask.

Be regards.
Sixth Division Staff

It displays properly in the Dreamweaver 20.2 "Live View," but does not display on the page after uploading. When you first go to the site, the inserted type displays for a fraction of a second, then reverts to the version without the new copy.

Can someone help please.

Thanks to those who know more than me,
Joe

There are no critical code errors but you should fix the ones described below.

https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fjeffersoncircuitcourt6.org%2Findex.html

I turned off CSS and examined your markup.  The text is definitely not there.

Perhaps you added it to a template.dwt file and not the index.html child page?

Or maybe you neglected to upload it to the hosting server's root directory?

BTW, this is the home page.

Nancy,

Thanks for looking. I thought I had killed this post, but apparently did not. You are right, the new page revisions did not upload and I am on the way to fixing that.

Thanks again, and my apologies for a false alarm,

Joe

The addidtions are currently not part of the online document.

Possible causes:

  • the document was not saved after making the changes
  • you (read: the FTP client) did not upload the file
  • the file was uploaded to the wrong location
Wappler, the only real Dreamweaver alternative.
