Here is some information on setting up a testing server for DW: https://www.adobe.com/devnet/archive/dreamweaver/articles/setup_testing_server.html

 

The information is for an older version of DW, but still works the same way in the latest.

If you're on a Windows machine EasyPHP is a good solution for setting up an Apache server with PHP/MySQL ... If you can provide more info I think you'll get better help

I use Wamp server on a Windows 10 machine.
