After recent upgrade cannot open any file in DW. It stats in split view and almost instantly gets frozen (Not Responding).

I don't need neither split, nor live view, but don't know how to disable it before opening file in DW.

Please assist.

Hi,

If you want to use only code view in DW, switch to Developer workspace. In this workspace, files will open only in code view until you explicitly change it.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Lalita

Hi

Which version of Dreamweaver are you on? Does this happen with all files or just some? Can you provide us with more information to help us troubleshoot your issue?

Thanks,
