how can i share a project, without having to get them to enter my password

Upload your work to a public web space you control and send your collaborator the URL.  For example,   https://  yoursite . com / client_name/

Or if you don't have web hosting set-up yet, Zip up your local site folder and send it to your collaborator by e-mail   They will need to unzip the folder at their end to open  files in a browser or code editor.

what do you mean by project ... back office management, source files access, database ???

and from which password are you thinking to ?... data bases password, FTP users password, backoffice access password , creative cloud library ??
