Site setup window not showing in Dreamweaver

Hi everyone i have problem with my dreamweaver19 when i want to creat a new site it's not showing the sitesetup so i find the site in manage sites but when it's done it's saying : no local root folder exist so how i can chose the location folder when the SiteSetup window not showing ? 'Thank you in advance'

i'm using windows 10 , and about permission i think no because i'm just in trial account so that is from that ?

Close DW.

Right click on the DW desktop icon and select run as administrator.

  1. Un-install software. 
  2. Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to wipe CC off your system.

  3. Create a new Windows user account with full administrative level permissions.

  4. Re-install DW.
