some of the snippets are missing in dreamweaver 2020.

I uninstalled and reinstall it still dont see the thumbnail snippets.

How can i get them into dreamweaver.

Hi @rony999,

Were these custom snippets that you created yourself or migrated from previous versions of DW?

If yes, you'll need to copy your custom snippets folder from an older version and paste it into the latest version's Configuration folder.

Post back if you need more help than that.

For what it's worth, I have no "thumbnail snippets" and never have. 

This is what my Snippets panel contains in the latest version of DW CC 2021.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to us. If the snippets you are referring to is custom made, then please follow the steps mentioned by Nancy. In case you are referring to Bootstrap Thumbnails snippets which are pre-loaded in Dw, can you please try resetting Dw app preferences by following the steps in the below link and confirm if you are able to see the in-built snippets in Dw.

Also, custom snippets can be synced to cloud so that these can be retrived on other machines where Dw is logged in with same Adobe ID. Please refer to the below kb article for more info on snippets syncing.
