Table height not displaying correctly

created a responsive late & for som reason table height doesn’t work on outlook.

any tricks to get this to show correctly?

Why would you even need to set table height? That's usually indicative of bad design practice. Without knowing your reasoning, I would suggest adding the height as an inline CSS style directly on the table tag.

I actually dont want to set height but in outlook it is showing about 1 and a half rows where the table has 12.

shows fine on say an iPhone but not Outlook on computer

when I click on view in browser from outloo, that works

Outcook is terribly limited. Actually, it's kind of surprising how many folks still use it. That said, when it comes to emails, simpler is always better. Here is an example of one of our mailers. It is designed to display perfectly in well-programmed desktop clients, such as Mozilla Thunderbird, and popular web-clients, such as Google Mail:

We actually don't even check in Outlook. We feel that since no one complains, the information is at least accessible

I like that you opted not to use tables for email layouts.  Less is more.

I've gotten to the point where I don't use tables, at all, for anything, not even tabular data.  Table-less design isn't easy, but it's worth the effort, IMHO.
