Also the fact that the document is using an outdated DOCTYP and TABLE layout shows that the template is disgustingly old.
My apologies if I come across as a cranky old geriatric (which I am), but if you are starting a new site today, then you should be using present-time technologies. Have a look at using Bootstrap to help you: Bootstrap 4 Tutorial
template cannot be old - it is on dreamweaver 2018 cc which I just downloaded. Thanks for your advice though especially the define the site. I took down the flash - why I am doing a new site. However the dreamweaver slideshow only has 3 slides in their template. Ill work it out. Thanks again!!

Dreamweaver 2018 CC > File > New (NewDocument window) > Starter Templates > Bootstrap Templates > Bootstrap Portfolio
That's great, your images deserve a modern website.
But it is not what you are showing in leylayildiz.com and that is where the confusion arose.
