Transparent desktop/workspace

I just updated to Dreamweaver CC 2018 and I'm trying to figure out how to remove the background of the desktop/workspace. You can do it in Photoshop and Illustrator and you were able to do it in the last version of Dreamweaver, but I can't figure out how to do it in this version.

In Windows, you can't remove the application frame.

On Macs, I believe you still can under the Window menu option, uncheck Application Frame.
