Visual Media Queries bar

When I go to 'Customize Toolbar' it shows Show/Hide Visual Media Queries bar as checked, but the button doesn't appear on the toolbar.

Also when I try to customize other options, sometimes it shows and sometimes not.

It doesn't seem to matter what workspace or toolbar I've selected.

I want to be able to use the Visual Media Queries bar.

The button "show/hide visual media queries" is only available in Live View. Please make sure that you are in Live View when you try to use that button.
