what tablets allow full functionality for adobe dreamweaver ?

I am currently looking to purchase a tablet but need to be able to use all of the functions of adobe dreamweaver.

Is there a tablet that allows this or do i require a laptop or desktop ?

Ideally something that does not break the bank account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Apple iOS and Android tablet devices are a no-go, as they are not supported by Dreamweaver. That just leaves you with the Microsoft Surface Pro, which uses the Windows 10 Pro OS.

It may break the bank though, as to be of any real use in building web sites you will require at least the 14 inch version. Also expect to find a number of problems in use, as it is a touch interface.

If you can afford it go for a good desktop set-up, with a decent sized monitor. A laptop is o/k for learning but not m

Adobe doesn't make a version of DW for mobile operating systems, so any tablet you purchase would need to be running Mac OS 10.13+ (not iOS) or Windows 7+.
