Window > Behaviors greyed out??

New to DW CC (v18), Mac OS 10.13.1

Why is Window > Behaviors greyed out?

Trying to add an image swap behavior but Behaviors appears to be unavailable for some reason..

I can see the swap image behavior in Applications > Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2018 > configuration > Behaviors

Just seems to be no way to access it in the application??

Also tried downloading/installing the Adobe Extension Manager just in case Adobe decided to leave the Behaviors out for some reason, however the installer doesn't work:

"We've encountered the following issues

Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download the Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."

Clicking link to download Support Advisor just brings up a message indicating unusually long wait times and a software admin should call.

Hoping there's a simple reason Behaviors is greyed out...

... and it was a very simple answer.

Window > Behaviors is greyed out while in Live View.

Adobe abandoned Extension Manager in DW CC.   If you use 3rd party extensions in DW CC, you can obtain an EM from DMX Zone or Project Seven -- both of which are free and available for Win or Mac.
