When I try to build a new CS6 package with AAMEE 3.1, the program hangs indefinitely in the License Asset Management step when attempting to sign in with our Adobe ID. The progress wheel in the application window's bottom-right corner spins, but the program never progresses to its next step.
I first noticed this problem on November 22nd; not sure if it might be something on Adobe's end of things or not.
Hi Miles,
Please create another Admin User account and then try launching AAMEE 3.1 in that account.
Regards,
Abhijit

Hi Miles Stokes,
Please try deleting OOBE folder from this location and try creating package again.
C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
Please let us know if it helps.

Thanks, Abhijit. I tried deleting ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE (I’m on a Mac), but the problem is still occurring. It also occurs in a fresh user account.

AAMEE works in a fresh admin user account - it prompts me to log into my Adobe ID (and on subsequent runs, automatically logs me in). I’d thought this might mean that I had a bad saved password in my existing accounts, but even after removing the relevant Keychain item the problem still occurs. Strange...

hi,
While creating your Adobe account, did you use any special characters like &,% etc. in username or email address. There are some known issues with these characters.
Thanks

No special characters, no - the email address we use for our Adobe account only has letters.
