AAMEE + Acrobat X

Guest

We've just received our copy of Acrobat X PRO and I've found AAMEE does not recognise the installer.

After locating the Product Install folder, selecting the OS I want to create a package for and click Next, I'm getting an error stating "A valid installer could not be found"

The folder being pointed to is the Adobe Acrobat X folder containing:

ABCPY.INI

AcroPro.msi

CD_Info.txt

Data1.cab

Setup.exe

setup.ini

WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe

Running version 1.1.47.0

Is this version compatible with Acotbat X, or is it a matter of waiting for version AAMEE 1.2?

Thanks,

Craig

AAMEE is not meant for ACrobat X. AAMEE is meant only for CS5 family of products.

Acrobat X and Reader X are standadrd MSI installers, and you can use your standard deployment methods to install it silently for enterprise deployment.

Let me know if it helps.

Thanks for that.

I figured I'd be going the silent .msi route if that was the case.
