We are a government organization with strict data residency requirements.
Please add the ability to fully disable Adobe cloud storage (specifically in Creative Cloud Enterprise and Acrobat Pro Enterprise for our purposes).
@JoelRG access to creative cloud storage cannot be completely disabled via Adobe Admin console as of now. An Admin can create a package with "enable file sync" as unchecked and deploy on user machines. Apart from that blocking the following URLs via firewall will also restrict the user to access Adobe CC storage via web browser.

Hi there, you just deleted my other request "Administrator access to cloud storage folders" as a duplicate, which is a different topic than this one.
That request was to allow Administrators the ability to access all users cloud storage data - The ability to download, delete etc.

I understand it isn't possible as of right now, that's why I submitted it as a change request.. 🙂

do you want me to move this back to the cc desktop ideas forum? (even though this is not really a cc desktop suggestion.)

You've identified a problem.
Now fix it. It's what we pay your company for.

this forum is not the place for suggestions to adobe's engineers.
for applicable apps, you can make (some) suggestions to adobe here, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html f
or others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

We have and continue to do so, multiple times, for various things across Creative Cloud.
An Adobe Employee responded to the question, and I merely responded to them directly, stating the obvious.
Saying "Oh, you can't do this. The only work around is to uninstall and reinstall everyone's Adobe software across the organisation. Sorry!" is an unacceptable solution for what is supposed to be professional software that industries lean on for something like this.

This only disables the menu option to save within Adobe Acrobat. Creative Cloud applications will still have the option of saving to Adobe Cloud.

The only way I know to restrict access is to block certain addresses: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
You need to check what can stay open and what needs to stay open.

@JoelRG have your admin contact Adobe Support via the Admin Console. There are options available specifically for government deployments to limit cloud access.

Can you link to any documentation of this? I recall checking with Adobe Support previously and it was not possible, which is why I started this request. Thing may have changed over the last year+ though.
thanks,
Joel

I would recheck with Support and make sure you are registered as a government client. There are custom deployment options availble to limit cloud.

This does not address the OP's problem.
