Ability to disable personal profiles on business accounts

Can we please have the ability to disable personal profiles at a tennant level. If a User is using a business email address we only want them to have a Business profile. If they leave the organisation they won't have access to that email anyway to manage the account.

there are some aspects you can control, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/enable-disable-services.html but you can't control a plan which the individual paid.
