Adobe is no longer selling CS5 or CS3 products. However you can contact Adobe sales team for CS6 or Creative cloud subscription.

CS is no longer sold. Only subscriptions.There are no legal sellers. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password.
