Access Enterprise account documents after changing workplace

New Here ,
Nov 20, 2020 Nov 20, 2020

Hello everyone.

I recently changed my workplace, I had an account on my workplace domain with a Sign-in through OKTA authentication. Now I changed my workplace so the authentication through OKTA doesn't work anymore but I need to get some personal files from the cloud documents that are / were stored in there.

Is there any way I can get access to those files? I can provide proof of working there and whatever would be required if such procedure is at all possible.

Thank you in advance

Hello Matt,

If your last org has removed the license and deleted the account then I think there is no option to recover the cloud files. The enterprise accounts are managed by the organizations and once the account is deleted, all the cloud files also get deleted with that process.
