I have the Creative Cloud app downloaded on my computer and I've already used it several times because I often update PS, Ai, Id. I have the access through my university (Politecnico di Milano) enterprise, but today it's not working: when I try to Access and I put in my email and password, then the Creative Cloud redirects me to my Uni enterprise (as always) but then ERROR 500 pops up and I can't enter in the app to download Ae

It seems that it is an IDP internal issue. I would recommend checking with the internal IT team if there is any issues with single sign-on.
