Hi community,

I have a user leaving the company soon and I want to secure his cloud data. As of my understanding, the company can access the users cloud space, but I do not know how to proceed.

Many thanks for qualified answers.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I would like to inform you that if you have Creative Cloud for Teams, than data stored in user's Cloud storage can be accessed only by Signing in with his/ her credentials and the same cannot be accessed by Team Administrator.

This feature is availble for Creative Cloud for Enterprise users.

You may ask the user to sign in to : www.assets.adobe.com with his credentials and Copy the saved data into a flash drive or a shared network drive and take a backup.

Once the license is removed from the user's account, Adobe allows 30 days post that to access and retrieve the cloud storage data for a Team user's account.

Thanks.
