Account Dividing into Personal and Work

I am having an issue with an Adobe account for a fellow employee. As of 3 days ago my account was divided into two profiles: Work and Personal, with all of my shared files and library living under personal and not team. I was wondering if it was possible to have the personal account removed and the assets were transferred back to my business account. This is something that is directly impacting my ability to effectively collaborate and work with my team, resulting in me having to switch back-and-forth between personal and business accounts.

Here is an article that may be of some help, but I honestly am not sure what the fix is here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/introducing-adobe-profiles.html#personal-and-business

Update: I can no longer open files shared with me from members of my team, which means it is impeding my ability to complete my work.

It depends under which account you have Individual and the Teams/company license. You might have to configure/setup your Business ID, if the licenses were managed by your organization by using the "get started" email received from Adobe.

Update on the Issue:
1- I am not the owner of all of the files;
2- Every time a file is shared with me I can now only access it on the Personal account for some reason;
3- The library that we use for all of our designs is one that I own, so if I were to download the library and re-upload it then all of our designs would break.
Additionally, I cannot access or view any libraries of the account labeled 'Work'.
