Hi!

I tried to migrate my account after graduation.

But I haven't got the confirmation email (been waiting for days).

Just wondering if it's normal and how long it usually takes. 

If it should be faster, can anyone help?

There may be a delay in receiving the confirmation email. Form what you have confirmed, it seems nothing is missing and your assets have been transferred to your personal account. You can always refer to the documentation for any additional information.

Well, not really.

But there is nothing under assets in the school's account.

So the account hasn't been transferred?

Sign in to "assets.adobe.com" first with the school's account and then with your personal account and check if any of the libraries or assets are showing under either of the accounts. If no, then we might have to check with the backend team about the status.

Generally,  a confirmation email is sent to your personal account once the migration is completed.
