Acrobat Pro 10.1.8 update failure within SCCM

We are receiving failures for the acrobat Pro 10.1.8 update patch.

The deployment is being distributed via Microsoft System Center 2012.

The failure we get within SCCM is "past due - will be retired". When we try to install manually we get the error : "Error 1310. Error writing to file : C:\Config.Msi\1b3aa21.rbf. Verify that you have the access to that directory.

Do you know of any others reporting issues with 10.1.8 Acrobat updates via SCCM?

Do you nkow how to avoid the 1310 failure.

OS= Windows 7 Enterprise
