Hi,

Could you please be a little more specific. From what I understand is that you are using Acrobat from Creative Cloud application on Mac (correct me if I am wrong) and you have uninstalled Acrobat. Now you cannot reinstall it as it shows as Up to Date in CC application. For this -  Acrobat shows "Installed" in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app when uninstalled should help. Although help page is specific to Acrobat X, but same is applicable to Acrobat XI too. Just search for Acrobat XI instead of Acrobat X where ever asked.

But if the problem is that you have Acrobat installed and is not picking up the subscription on install from Creative Cloud, then you can follow following steps:

1. Quit Acrobat

2. Download and install Acrobat 11.0.09 update -

3. If EULA is prompted, accept EULA

4. Launch Acrobat and if you get Sign in, sign in with your ID

5. If you get a trial screen with number of Days remaining dialog shown, Click "License this Software" button

6. It will ask you to sign in again and Subscription will get activated on machine.

If all of this does not work, then we would need following logs to investigate:

~/Library/Logs/oobelib.log

~/Library/Logs/amt3.log

~/Library/Logs/PDApp.log

Thanks,

Karan
