Activating Adobe Acrobot through a Proxy

Hi all,

We have a number of licences for Adobe Acrobat. We are enterprise customers. When we try to activate Acrobat, we are told that we are unable to.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do?

Sorted it. Have to log into an adobe account and can validate then.
