Added a new license for a new member, but he can't use the programs. Saying licensing issues... any advise?
Are you using the Enterprise Dashboard?
If so
1. Ensure they are using the correct ID type. So if they have been added to the dashboard with Enterprise or Federated ID ensure they are not using Adobe ID or vice versa.
2. Get them to sign out and sign back in to check their entitlement.
3. If problems persist then try this:
