We are trying to get mobile apps working with our enterprise subscription. Adobe support can't seem to help me. They have told me it is something I have to do? And I quote "Wish I could help in the matter but have no idea and expertise on it. Usually IT team at customer's side perform it."
Anyone any idea how to allow mobile apps?
To use the mobile apps the user needs to be added to a creative cloud All Apps entitlement. The mobile apps are services that are part of that plan. The cause of the issue is that services and storage are not part of your agreement. I know that there is a forthcoming trial for services covering services and storage that UK educational institutions can join under the Eduserv agreement. Feel free to DM me if you need further details

Hi,
Which mobile apps, OS and identity type are you using? The user would normally need to have entitlement via the Admin Console and sign in to the mobile app with the same entitlement.
Things to check

Trying to sign into the Creative Cloud app using Federated IDs using ADFS. We can log in using the same federated IDs on PCs fine. We have tried on IOS and Android with no luck.
I cannot find in the admin console how to allocated mobile apps to your entitlement..
Thanks for the reply
