ADFS and automatically sign-in to Acrobat or CC

Hey

Is it possible to create SSO using ADFS to automatically sign in to Acrobat and CC? (when opening the App / logging on to the computer)

I'm able to find a guide explaining how to setup the ADFS.

Thanks in advance

Michael

Hi,

This feature is only available for Creative Cloud for Enterprise. After configuring SSO on the Admin Console, you can then begin to create users with the Federated ID type. The users when launching the application are prompted to sign in, and they should sign in with their Federated ID. They will not be automatically signed in, however once they have signed in they should not have to sign in again.

Is there a way via ADFS to pass-through the users AD credentials when launching the app and automatically signing them in, rather than the user getting a sign-in prompt where they are having to sign in with their federated domain or email address?

The feature you mention is unfortunately not supported by Creative Cloud at the moment - our sign in process is SP initiated and requires the user to identify themselves and complete the process when they sign in.

I have been looking at this article for named users as we are also using Citrix.  Which appdata/roaming folder needs to be redirected for UPM and how long is the licensing token/file valid for?  If a user logs off 1 session/server and logs on to another session/server is the licensing info preserved and Is this supported for Federated ID's for ADFS?

Yes, you can use Federated ID type with a named user sign in for Acrobat.

Citrix deployment is only supported for Acrobat, not other CC products. Full documentation can be found here.,
