Admin Console idea: show all of the user's permissions for a given product

Description - in Admin Console, be able to show all of the permissions that a user has for a product.

Why is this feature important to you - since permissions can be assigned per product profile, and a user can be added to more than one product profiles, it can be difficult for the Admin Console administrator to understand all of the combined permissions that a user has been granted finally for that product.

How would you like the feature to work - at the "Users" view, when selecting a user, then under "Products", provide an overlay per product that shows all of the combined permissions that a user has been granted finally.

Current Behaviour - the Admin Console administrator has to build his own map of user and product profile permissions to figure out what permissions the user finally has.
