I managed to lock myself out of the admin console. Creating a support case needs admin console access. Is there an admin in the forum that can help me out? Surely I can't be the first one to do this...

I think I'm good. Apparently there's a difference between the Business ID and the Adobe ID. I was trying to get to the Admin Console through the Adobe ID. I'm in there now. Hooray for learning curves, lol.
