Hi @jcr_HighSchool,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, I’m unable to locate any active subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Based on your message, it appears you're encountering the following error when attempting to access the Admin Console:
"We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."
Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

In the meantime, here are a few steps to help you troubleshoot:

Confirm your sign-in email
Ensure you are using the correct work or school email address associated with your organization’s Adobe plan. Signing in with a personal or unrelated email may result in restricted access.

Choose the correct profile
If your Adobe ID is linked to multiple profiles, select the Business or School Profile when prompted. If access is denied, try selecting the Personal Profile, as your entitlements may be tied to it based on your account configuration.

Browser troubleshooting steps

  • Use a private/incognito window

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart it

  • Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version

  • Try using a different browser or device

  • Disable browser extensions such as ad blockers or privacy tools

  • For Chrome/Edge: go to Settings > Reset Settings

Network and security settings

  • Confirm that firewalls, proxies, or security software are not blocking Adobe services

  • Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software to test access

  • Try accessing from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot

  • Ensure your network allows access to Adobe services using the guidance here: https://adobe.ly/4dDaAY5

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.
