You have two accounts. The Admin rights you have are on Adobe ID, not Federated. Make sure when you try to login using the personal account, not the organization. Check if this works.

This doesn't make sense to me. I, too am the only person on our organization's account. But it still tells me that I don't have admin rights. What would a personal account have to do with the organization's account? I need to get this solved. Thanks.
