I need to update my billing information and it keeps saying login to the Admin console and then when I try - it says I dont have access to it and to contact the administor for the account! Im the only person on the account!! and that stupid chat robot is good for nothing! Is there an actual number or email I can contact at Adobe to get this fixed!

Yup I can get to that part and be logged in - but cant get to the admin console part for the billing issues 😞

you're confused.
do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?
if not, you do not have access to a teams/enterprise admin console.
ie, if you have an individual subscription,

I’m permanently confused haha! yes its a team ones because a lady that use to work here set it up. She is no longer here and it’s just me doing it - and her account was taken off it - hence why I’m confused why I cant sign in to the next part and it keeps saying contact the administrator for the account.

I didnt set up the account - but I am now the only person with access to it

now, do you know what adobe id/password was used for your owner account or that lady's admin id/pass?
if not, can you contact her?

I don’t know her login or password and have tried reaching out to her multiple times with no luck. So is there some way I can reset it or do I basically have to make a whole new account?

you'll have to contact adobe support. you typically would do that via the admin console, but obviously that's a problem for you.
you also have phone support. do you see a number on your adobe invoices?
