Admin mit nur Leserechten

in meinem Admin Portal kann ich keine differenzierten Admin Rollen (z.B. mit nur Leserechten) vergeben. Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit einen externen mit nur Leserechten in mein Admin Portal schauen zu lassen?

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

this is what i did, but no one, neither the phone nor the chat support were able to answer that question...

they weren't able to answer or they said that can't be done?

they only refer to the FAQ, what is actually no service at all... and when browsing the FAQ i found the applicable settings, but those settings cat not be set in my admin console, the mentioned different profiles were simply not available or weren't shown

a different adobe agent may be more helpful.
