Our time line is June 2024? can Adobe release acrobat native version by June 2024?

Adobe do not pre-announce things. Anyone who did know would be covered by a non-disclosure agreement. You can only plan on the basis of what is available today. Personal opinion: there seems little interest from Adobe in further Windows ARM support. The market is probably not big enough, and emulation is probably considered just fine.

Here are the system requirements for Acrobat

Each separate app in Creative Cloud has its own system requirements, and you need to check them all separately if you choose not to run the mainstream hardware.
