Adobe Acrobat DC Deployment via VIP Portal

Our company is using the Adobe VIP licensing arrangement.

I have a situation with a user where they have been supplied with a pc for use in the office and another company owned pc for work at home. On her office pc, she has Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (deployed via the VIP Portal) however she is now wanting it to have the same product installed on the company supplied pc she has at home.

My understanding is that under the terms of the agreement, having the one named user subscription license installed on multiple devices is permitted (i.e. I don't need to pay for another license subscription)

My problem is that on the VIP portal, her deployment is listed as Active so I can't resend her another invitation for her to install the second instance.

Does anyone have any idea how to overcome this issue?

Your user's right to activate the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro is already linked to her Adobe account.  All your users need to do is download the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro software, and when prompted to login, use their Adobe account to sign in.  The software will recognize the account and activate the software.

Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
