Hello,

Today I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC so I could merge PDF's.  I am trying to combine files but keep getting the error message - No PDF file was created because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unidentified error.

Please help!!

I fixed my problem by goning into the Windows Registry Editor. Go to "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT" and click on the file extension ".docx"

Click on default and change it to "Word.Document.8"

This sorted my problem for combining .docx file.
