Adobe Acrobat Pro Installer Nowhere to be found on Laptop

Hello,

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro for one of our clients.  I've never had issues before.  I've assigned them a licence and usually I remote them to go through set up as they don't have admin rights.  When I try to set up I get a little pop up saying something along the lines of  'search for the Adobe Installer in the downloads section of your browser or computer'.  I have searched everywhere, I can't find it anywhere.  I get the option to restart the download but it just brings that pop up again.  Has anyone had this issue before?

Are you sure which is the downloads folder for this computer? To check, download something else.
