Adobe Acrobat Pro XI trying to reactivate in another language

Hi All,

I work in a Citrix Environment running Citrix Xenapp 7.6, Windows 7 OS.

We have built Adobe Pro XI into our desktop image including our license file. I have a user who is based in one of our offices in Spain and needs to use Adobe Pro. When the user goes to Start > All programs > Adobe Pro the application opens without issue and can be used. However if adobe is closed and the user try's to perform a function on a file by utilising right click and a context menu option adobe then try's to open in Spanish and attempts reactivation and fails to license as we do not have a Spanish license.

The user wants to use the application in English and not Spanish but needs to have her regional settings in windows set in Spanish to ensure currency conversions etc are correct.

All of the other applications the user uses are set in English along with the MUI.

Is there anyway to stop adobe from trying to launce in Spanish when using the right click context menus?
