Adobe Acrobat Professional on Citrix base image for mulitple VMs

Morning,

We are currently testing a Citrix Proof of concept and we are struggling with Adobe Acrobat Professional on the base image (gold image).

Basically we got have a pool of 20+ desktops (at present) which are spun up from the base image with Adobe Acrobat Professional activated on it, although when a user logs onto a desktop in the pool it displays it as un-registered and goes to a trial version of the product.

How do we go about licensing the product in this scenario? Is some sort of Adobe licensing Server like for Windows required? As we will control who has access to the product via Windows AppLocker (this will ensure that only the registered users have access to it).

We have also tried to stream it via XenApp incase this scenario was not supported, but the integration with Office Products, etc.. does not work unless it is on the desktop the user is working on.

Regards

Dave

See Common Deployment Options and Methods — Enterprise Administration Guide .

There are some image-specific details at the end of that page.
