Adobe Acrobat Professional XI closing on its own

We have a Windows Citrix XenDesktop environment where we have Adobe Acrobat Professional XI installed.  Users are currently experiencing documents closing on their own.  Users are opening documents, they stay open for about a minute, then the documents are closing on their own.  Any ideas on what may be causing this?
