Adobe Acrobat trial version installation suggeded somehow, but I cannot save a file I have changed from Word to PDF.

The installation of Acrobat trial version for 30 days seemed to succeed but after making a pdf file I could not save it into my own libraries on my computer. In the first case the system told that the trial time is over! How come? I had just installed it. Then I tried again, but now the system is requiring a "serial number". Then it said that I can find it there and there. I tried to log in there but it did not accept my password which I had just used. Ok. I changed the password and it was accepted by Adobe. But I never got any serial number anywhere. Then I tried to install Acrobat through another way. I have had Adobe Cloud and Premiere already for years. I tried to load Acrobat through there. I succeeded, but same problem again: "The trial time is 00 days". Then I also noticed that my old Adobe Reader has vanished somewhere. I could not open any pdf files I have received and opened before. I tried to re-install the Reader. No success because "the trial time is over" !!! What should I do? Maybe I can try to ask my friends to change the Word files into the pdf-versions but I need my Adobe Reader!

Hi There,

Could you please confirm, if you have installed Acrobat XI pro through CC package under exception folder?

Thanks,

Ashish

Hi, Ashish,

I do not understnd what means “through CC package under exception folder”. I

think I went to Google and found this page:

https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/free-trial-download.html . After the

installing, which seemed to be successful, I brought in a Word file and made

the exchange into pdf. It seemed to be ok, but I could not save it anywhere

into my own libraries or maps. The system told me that the trial time is

over (!). Then I went into my Abobe Creative Cloud because I have already

Premier Pro and Premeir Pro CC. Through the list overt there I tried to do

the installation again. I do not remember anymore what I got in the first

place, maybe it was the same “Your trial time has 00 days” or something like

that. Then I was asked to get the “serial number” I clicked the “button” but

the reply was the same “Your trial time has 00 days”, or maybe there was

some other demands before that. Impossible to remember anymore.

Then I also noticed that I don’t have Adobe Reader anymore; I could not read

any pdf files I had before. Everytime jumps up the message “Your trial time

has 00 days”.

regards

Erkki
