Adobe Admin Console Tracking License usage - Assets

When Will Adobe have the ability to track total license usage for Adobe Assets within th application or in Admin Console?

We were promised at the 2023 Summit that the new Assets UI would provide this along with a view of last log in date by users.

That had not been released yet. I would like to control my usage by removing anyone that has not accesseed the application in the last 12 months. Until Adobe makes this available, we continue to burn through our MSA licenses. This seems like a simple ask, as WorkFront has this built in already. It also seems like a basic need that Adobe should be able to support.

Hi @Betsy36694541iob4 unfortunately this post should go to the Experience Community. This page is for Creative Cloud enterprise customers. You can access it here: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/

That being said this has been requested by admins for years with no change. AEM Assets should be a little easier to track than software usage as it is a web interface.

I'm thinking a good place to track is in the user page in AEM itself - show the last login date.

I think you are incorrect. I am a sys admin and I do not see last log in date from Tools > Security > Users.
