We are recieving the following error messages that licenses are overdue for payment which is clearly false. Because of this error message all users in our organization cannot utilize any of the Acrobat features and Creative Cloud. This has been occurring since we made our payment last month. Now a month later we cannot utilize any features that we paid for due to this error. A ticket was submitted by Adobe Support (ADB-30739110-R4X6). The first representative I spoke with stated that we would get a call back from the Senior Engineers in 24 hours. I waited over 24 hours, call and spoke with another representative and they stated the issue would be resolved in 48 hours and I would get a callback from a Senior Engineer. It's been 48 hours, and as I'm typing this I got a reply from a representative stating the inconvience of Adobe Admin Portal issue. I appreciate the response, but this is impacting our organization. We don't need apologies, we need results, and we need a resolution fast.
